MCTS Driver Praised for Helping a Rider Find Shelter

It didn't seem like a big deal to MCTS driver Natalie Barnes at the time, but her act of kindness has made the national news. While on duty, Barnes helped her passenger Richard, who'd just lost his home because it had been condemned. She let him ride on her route, bought him food, and contacted Community Advocates to see if we could find him a place to stay.

Natalie's generosity has made the national news. That's a job well done!
