Staffed by employees and carefully trained volunteers, the Milwaukee Women’s Center’s 24-Hour Crisis Line is housed at our Emergency Shelter and provides crisis counseling / intervention, information, and referrals to thousands of callers each year. 

The Crisis Line serves as a community resource, assisting callers with a variety of concerns -- including homelessness, housing and legal issues, lack of food, and crisis situations like domestic violence or suicide.
