The Milwaukee County Substance Abuse Prevention (MCSAP) coalition is providing resources and outreach at Washington Park Wednesdays on August 29, International Overdose Awareness Day. It's the final concert in this summer series and will feature the Diaspora Arkestra presented by James Julius Anderson and Tarik Moody.
