Community Advocates’ offices will be closed on December 24 & 25 and December 31 & January 1 to celebrate the holidays. The Milwaukee County Energy Assistance Program will not be taking appointments on those days.

However, Community Advocates’ 24/7 sites (Autumn West and our Milwaukee Women’s Center emergency shelter) will remain open.

If you are experiencing a domestic violence situation on those days, please call the Milwaukee Women’s Center’s 24/7 crisis line at 414-671-6140.

If you are having a heat issue and need immediate help, please contact Impact at 2-1-1 on holidays, weekends, and evenings.
