Penny Wars are group-based fundraisers to raise money for a shared goal while engaging participants in a friendly, spirited competition. Any sort of group -- for example, school or campus groups, work-based groups, or civic organizations -- compete against each other to raise funds for a designated charity.

This Giving Tuesday, we are encouraging groups to start a penny war with a friendly rival to raise funds for Community Advocates. Dorms can compete against neighboring dorms. School-based clubs can start a penny war. Corporate divisions can try to out-do each other. It's up to you. All you need is a friendly rival and some spare change or dollars.
