 ployers will be onsite offering employment opportunities across various in
 dustries. \n2.	Resource support: Access to valuable resources\, including r
 esume workshops\, interview preparation\, and career counseling. \n3.	Netwo
 rking: Engage with employers\, community leaders\, and fellow job seekers 
 in an effort to expand professional networks. \n4.	Community building: Focu
 s on fostering a sense of community and empowerment among minority individ
