d self-care\n\nThe course will teach you how to apply the ALGEE action pla
n:\n• Assess for risk of suicide or harm.\n• Listen nonjudgmentally.\n• Gi
ve reassurance and information.\n• Encourage appropriate professional help
.\n• Encourage self-help and other support strategies.\n\nClass size is
limited. This workshop is open to Milwaukee County residents and those wh
